The rules of the pier

1. Who keeps the kiosk on the pier

These terms govern your use of waferconepier.com ("Wafer Cone Pier", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of waferconepier.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come onto the boards

Only people aged 18 or over may use Wafer Cone Pier, and stepping onto the pier confirms that you are 18 or over.

3. Pier coins

• Every game runs on virtual coins that are given out free of charge.
• Pier coins carry no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. No in-app purchases exist.
• No prize with any real-world value is on offer.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features along the pier at any time.

4. No real-money gambling on the pier

Wafer Cone Pier neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and no link on the pier leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your kiosk card

• Boardstack Hut and Pierfoot Pools need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and must not share it.
• Keep your password to yourself, and tell the kiosk straight away if anyone else has used your account.
• You may delete your kiosk card whenever you like from your account page. Deletion happens at once and cannot be reversed.
• We may suspend a kiosk card that is used to disrupt the site, or that we believe belongs to someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the kiosk card rather than to you as property, and they may be reset.

6. Behaving yourself on the boards

Do not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 play on it.

7. When the pier is open, and our liability

The site is offered “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay unaffected.

8. Which law covers the pier

These pier rules are governed by the law of England and Wales.
